From when does this FSG apply?
This FSG applies from 1 July 2022 and remains valid unless a further FSG is issued to replace it. We may give you a supplementary FSG. It will not replace this FSG but will cover services not covered by this FSG.

Will I receive tailored advice?
A Rich Life only provides general advice to clients. General Advice does not take into account your particular needs and requirements and you should consider the appropriateness of this advice to your circumstances prior to acting upon it.
What information do you maintain in my file?
We use Stripe as a payment processor and it holds your payment details.
We have collected your name and email address, and we hold these details, along with any emails you have sent us.
How will I pay for the services provided?
Services are paid by bank card via a monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel automatically on the website under the My Profile section.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you have any complaints, you should email [email protected]. We aim to resolve any complaints to your satisfaction with minimal effort on your behalf.
Our Licensee, Ethical Investment Advisers Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us you have the right to refer the matter to AFCA. Please note that we may at times provide correspondence and disclosure notices (including Financial Services Guides and Product Disclosure Statements) to you electronically, via email or links to websites etc. If you have provided your email address to Us we may use that email address for correspondence and disclosure notices. Should you not wish to be sent disclosure documents electronically please advise us and we will update our records accordingly.
