Financial Services Guide & Disclaimer
BlueTree Equity Pty Ltd t/a A Rich Life (“A Rich Life, we or us”) is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1297541) of Equity Story Pty Limited (“Licensee or Equity Story”) (AFSL No. 343937; ABN 94 127 714 998).
This FSG sets out the services that we can offer you. It is designed to assist you in deciding whether to use any of those services and contains important information about:
- The services we offer you.
- How we are paid.
- Our internal and external dispute resolution procedures and how you can access them.
- Arrangements we have in place to compensate clients for losses.
From when does this FSG apply?
This FSG applies from 1 July 2022 and remains valid unless a further FSG is issued to replace it. We may give you a supplementary FSG. It will not replace this FSG but will cover services not covered by this FSG.

Who is responsible for the financial services provided?
A Rich Life is authorised under our Licensee’s Australian Financial Services Licence to provide general financial product advice in relation to securities to retail clients.
Our Licensee, is responsible for the financial services that will be provided to you, including the distribution of this FSG. Equity Story holds a current Australian Financial Services License no: 343937. The contact details for Equity Story are at the bottom of this letterhead.
What kinds of financial services are you authorised to provide to me and what kinds of financial product/s do those services relate to?
A Rich Life is authorised to provide general securities advice to retail clients.
Will I receive tailored advice?
We only provide General Advice to our Retail Clients*. General Advice does not take into account your particular needs and requirements and you should consider the appropriateness of this advice to your circumstances prior to acting upon it.
What information do you maintain in my file?
How will I pay for the services provided?
Services are provided as either:
An annual subscription
A multi-year subscription
A one off events/ service
Payment is accepted by credit card (Payment gateway provided by Online Payments Platform | Payment Gateway | Eway Australia), or via direct deposit into Equity Story’s business bank account (Westpac)
What should I do if I have a complaint?
A copy of our complaints management policy is available on request. A copy is also available on our website: www.equitystory.com.au//wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Complaints-Management-Policy.pdf
Contact us and tell us about your complaint. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Our Licensee, Equity Story is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us you have the right to refer the matter to AFCA. Does the business have Insurance in place?
Equity Story has a professional indemnity insurance policy (PI policy) in place. 
Electronic Delivery of Disclosure Notices
Please note that we may at times provide correspondence and disclosure notices (including Financial Services Guides and Product Disclosure Statements) to you electronically, via email or links to websites etc. If you have provided your email address to Us we may use that email address for correspondence and disclosure notices. Should you not wish to be sent disclosure documents electronically please advise us and we will update our records accordingly.
To ensure that we provide you with appropriate products and services, you agree to us calling you to discuss any new products and services. If you do not wish to receive such calls please advise us and we will place you on our Do Not Call Register.
