Xero (ASX: XRO) is an accounting software company with market dominance in Australia and New Zealand, and ambitions to grow in the UK and the USA. The magic of its business model is that as accounting software, it is extremely inconvenient for customers to ever leave, leading to very low churn and high customer lifetime values.
